These services are rooted in contemplative practice and consciousness exploration. Our services are not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, psychiatric treatment, or medical care. You are encouraged to exercise your own judgment and discernment at all times and to seek appropriate professional support when needed. Engaging with contemplative practices and consciousness exploration can sometimes surface intense emotions, memories, or experiences. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you are doing so of your own free will and accept responsibility for your own experience.
