Awakening and deep insight can open powerful new dimensions of experience.
For many people, however, what follows is not clarity or ease, but complexity: changes in perception, shifts in identity, challenges in relationships, the body, or everyday functioning.
Integration & Beyond is a two-day online immersion focused on exactly this phase:
the integration of awakening into lived, embodied life.
This event is not about achieving awakening or pursuing peak experiences.
It is about understanding how awakening unfolds over time — and how it can be experientially integrated in a grounded, sustainable way.
Day 1
PIERCE SALGU&RO (PhD)
Multidharma
-
I have studied religion and spirituality for most of my life through texts, travel, and deep immersion into practice. As a practitioner, I am most familiar with hathayoga, meditation, shamanic ancestral rituals, spirit healing, Thai medicine, and Buddhist philosophy, all of which I studied for many decades.
I am also an avid scholar, having earned a BA in anthropology and cognitive science, an MA in East Asian studies, and a PhD specializing in Buddhist medicine, and I continue to actively conduct research and publish in all of these areas.
I've done the practices and have had profoundly transformative spiritual experiences as a result. But I've also trained in the languages, studied the histories, and examined the downsides of these traditions. I like to say that I am a student, friend, and fan of spirituality but also a skeptic and a critic.
My model of spirituality, called Multidharma, distills the lessons from a lifetime of exploration, presenting the "big picture" in a digestible way for modern seekers.
-
We begin by welcoming all comers and outlining the structure and principles that will guide our journey together. Our shared ethics prioritize empiricism, inclusiveness, non-dogmatism, and non-hierarchy.
During this session, I will also introduce my “Multidharma” framework. This model provides a flexible container where any and all forms of spiritual practice and realization sit side-by-side in mutual respect and cooperation.
By centering humility and intellectual curiosity, we point the way toward a supportive community grounded in mutual inquiry and radical openness.

Awakening Into Being Human
-
I guide people through awakening processes and their side effects, working with those who struggle with being human, being here on Earth, being in the body. My focus is on the radical integration of awakening into lived life – somatically oriented and trauma-informed.
I searched desperately for a way out for decades – and ended up in awakening. What irony. This experience shapes my work: direct and uncompromising, without hierarchy or prescribed method. I know what it's like to be stuck between spiritual identity and everyday human life – and what it takes to truly arrive in this human experience.
I offer private sessions and workshops in German and English, online and in person.
-
While most traditions emphasize transcendence, this work turns 180°—exploring awakening as incarnation. Not escaping the human experience, but arriving in it completely, often for the first time.
This work explores where spiritual experience becomes refuge rather than liberation, using somatic exploration and community sharing to support being fully here without dissociation. The approach is experiential and trauma-informed, helping participants investigate how awakening lives in the body and what opens when survival strategies become visible.
This session uses guided inquiry into embodied presence. For people with awakening experience ready to integrate more fully into being human.
SABINA WITZ&L
Golden Thread —
Healing and Awakening
-
I have been guiding people through healing processes for over three decades and, in recent years, through the awakening process as well.
I live in Southern Germany.
I tap into clairvoyant perception to identify energetic blockages and primal wounds that can remain active even in deep phases of awakening and beyond —as fear barriers, subtle fixations, or resistance. I function as an energetic bridge, supporting healing and deep integration in a surprisingly gentle way, without requiring a conceptual narrative.
I walked my path without teacher or tradition. The Threads of Awakening by Pierce Salguero helped give her experiences context. Sabina has released the threads. I now use the model to facilitate the awakening process for others. I offer individual sessions and groups in both German and English, online and in person
-
In this session, I'll share how the Golden Thread opens a dynamic space of deep release and integration – accessible whether you've had an initial awakening, seen through the "self," or reached non-dual realization. Seemingly insurmountable walls can appear during awakening, often rooted in a primal loss of contact from early life – an inner void around which coping mechanisms and identity structures have formed, becoming non-negotiable, unable to be surrendered.
We'll close with a group practice using the Golden Thread – an invitation to explore where final resistance might be felt, integrated, or released. I function as an energetic bridge, supporting healing in a surprisingly gentle way.
Day 2
LUCIANO M&LO (PhD)
Omni-Integration
-
I bring over 35 years of experience exploring consciousness in all its manifestations. My journey has spanned work in both Brazil and the United States as a practitioner, researcher, teacher, and mentor.
I hold a BA in Communications, an MA i International Relations, and a PhD in Comparative Politics. I'm currently a Visiting Scholar in Contemplative Studies at Penn State University and Co-Principal Investigator in innovative research examining spiritual awakening across contemplative traditions.
I developed Omni-Integration, a comprehensive system merging duality and non-duality designed to help people integrate their multiple awakening developments. I offer online sessions 1-on-1 in English and Portuguese, as well as retreats, workshops, and immersions.
I love languages and terminology, traveling and culture, and finding unity in diversity. I have a collection of over 3,000 objects related to Peace, Democracy, and Human Rights. My intention in to build a museum in the future.
-
Omni-Integration is a system that integrates duality and non-duality without denying any parts or facets.
In the session, I'll present the Omni-Integration model, highlighting the primordial force that gives rise to the basic polarity of reality and its multiple dimensions of awakening. I'll also discuss this approach's unique features while noting its commonalities with what other teachers and mentors are presenting in the retreat.
Since this is an immersion for advanced practitioners, the session will be highly experiential, using specific experiments and practices based on that fundamental polarity (non-duality/duality, yin/yang, existence/non-existence) to help you work with all the dimensions you already access and especially with integrating them seamlessly with themselves, yourself, the body, and daily life.
ERIK UNG&R
Metaphysical Integration
-
I am a very left-brained logical software developer who learned to integrate the right-brained intuitive and feeling side later in life.
Triggered by general unhappiness and the pandemic in 2020, I went on a journey to end his suffering and finding inner balance. Since then he has been integrating mystic and psychological peak experiences with a logical thinking mind to create a grounded and rational view of awakening that still allows for magic to happen.
-
In the first part of his talk, I will present the concept of 3 dimensions of spiritual development: social, psychological, and metaphysical.
Then elaborate on how the psychological and metaphysical dimensions interact and how to separate them in traditional spiritual practices, far-out states of mind, and experiences of high strangeness, also known as miracles and magic, or the woo-woo.
Understanding what might be internal and what external, what is psychotic, and how to check reality is helpful in keeping a steady mind and functioning in everyday life. In addition, I will share tips for "grounding" and exercises to reach and then integrate far-out states of mind. The final part is a guided meditation and transmission to calm the nervous system, connect with the metaphysical dimension, and allow magic to happen in an integrated, frictionless way.
ANDREA RUSS&LL
The Role of The Body in Awakening
-
I am an Ayurvedic doctor, yoga therapist, and meditation teacher with over 25 years of experience in holistic health and spiritual transformation. In her own awakening process, she found care of the body to be essential. Nervous system regulation, physical practice, herbal support, and consistent lifestyle routines were central to stabilizing, deepening, and integration.
I completed the 10 Fetters Inquiry and The Deepening Protocol coach training, which supports stable and swift transformation through and beyond the various stages of awakening.
I am based between Midwestern United States and Costa Rica, leading international retreats, and offering online yoga and somatic memberships, holistic health consultations, and awakening guidance.
-
Awakening at times can be ungrounding, destabilizing, or dissociative—particularly when transcendence or deconstruction is emphasized. In this session, the body is approached not as something to bypass, but as a refuge and stabilizing resource.
As familiar reference points fall away, attending to the body can establish safety, support smoother transitions, and deepen integration. Care of the body and nervous system can also reduce common challenges such as anxiety, insomnia, and physical imbalance.
This session is experiential and may include therapeutic yoga, somatic exploration, and subtle energy-based practices.
What This &vent Is About
This gathering brings together facilitators with different but complementary perspectives on integration.
The focus is on:
How awakening expresses itself differently in different people
How insight interacts with the body, nervous system, emotions, and identity
How to recognize and work with common integration challenges
How to live awakening in relationships, work, and daily life
How to move from peak experiences toward stability and coherence
Rather than offering a single framework or teaching, the event allows multiple perspectives to stand side by side. The emphasis is on sense-making, differentiation, and lived understanding, not on doctrine.
Integration is approached as:
embodied, not purely conceptual
gradual rather than sudden
personal rather than prescriptive
