Luciano is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical provider.

Nothing offered through Omni-Integration should be understood as a diagnosis, treatment plan, or clinical intervention. The mentoring provided is not a substitute for professional mental health services, and participation in sessions does not establish a therapist-client or doctor-patient relationship.

If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, or if you have a diagnosed psychological or psychiatric condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. If you are already working with a therapist or medical provider, Omni-Integration sessions are intended to complement, not replace, that care.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Every individual's path is unique. Omni-Integration does not guarantee any specific results, experiences, or outcomes from participation in sessions, workshops, or retreats. This includes, but is not limited to, spiritual awakening, shifts in consciousness, emotional breakthroughs, or resolution of personal challenges.

While many participants report meaningful and transformative experiences, the nature, timing, and depth of any such experiences vary greatly from person to person and depend on many factors beyond the scope of what any mentor or program can control.

By engaging with Omni-Integration services, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that you understand no particular outcome has been promised or implied.

Personal Responsibility

Participants in Omni-Integration sessions, workshops, and retreats are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing. You are encouraged to exercise your own judgment and discernment at all times, and to seek appropriate professional support when needed.

Engaging with contemplative practices and consciousness exploration can sometimes bring up intense emotions, memories, or experiences. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you are doing so of your own free will and accept responsibility for your own experience.

Confidentiality

Luciano treats the content of mentoring sessions as confidential and will not share personal details disclosed during sessions without your consent. However, this confidentiality is offered as a professional courtesy and ethical commitment, not as a legally protected privilege (such as therapist-client privilege).

There may be rare circumstances in which confidentiality cannot be maintained, including situations involving imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Omni-Integration operates on a sliding-scale model to make sessions accessible to a wide range of participants. By selecting a rate tier at the time of booking, you agree to pay the corresponding fee for your session.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions without prior communication, may be subject to the full session fee. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
